Shipping Policy
  • Delivery Locations: We offer nationwide shipping within India and international shipping to select countries. For specific locations, shipping availability will be confirmed during the checkout process.
  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated based on the product dimensions, weight, and delivery location. Applicable shipping charges will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Domestic: Orders are typically delivered within 7-15 business days from the date of dispatch. For custom or bulk orders, delivery timelines may vary and will be communicated in advance.
    • International: International deliveries may take 20-45 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor the delivery status.
  • Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or logistical challenges may cause delays. We will keep you updated in case of any such events.
Return & Exchange Policy
  • Return Eligibility: We accept returns or exchanges for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect as per the warranty terms spelt out elsewhere. Please inspect your items upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any issues by contacting mail [at] alankaram [dot] in.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized, made-to-order items, and products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return Process:
    • Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
    • Once approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address or provide return instructions.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the product has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
  • Exchange: For eligible items, you can request an exchange for a replacement of the same product. We will process the exchange once the original item is returned.
  • Cancellations: Once an order is placed, cancellation is not possible.
